Espresso Overnight Oatmeal
Wake up to a satisfying breakfast with our Espresso Overnight Oatmeal! Full of healthy goodness, this meal will pack a punch.
Get creative with the ingredients in the Espresso Overnight Oatmeal! We used peanuts, but pistachios, almonds or walnuts would pair well. Try pistachios and cranberries, almonds and dark chocolate chips, walnuts, and milk chocolate chunks.
To make the Espresso Overnight Oatmeal, combine the oats, milk, espresso powder, spice, and yogurt together. Add the honey and vanilla and stir well to combine. Mix in the nuts and chocolate chips.
Refrigerate for 4 hours or overnight. Top with reserved nuts and chocolate chips. For a more robust oatmeal, top with crushed chocolate covered espresso beans!
The creamy Espresso Overnight Oatmeal is easy for a beginner. Best served with fresh coffee or espresso!
